Deer Ridge Golf Course is one of the finest and most scenic course in central Ohio. Designed by Brian Huntley, the elevation changes make Deer Ridge the most fun, yet challenging courses in the area. The course was completed in 2000, and has been given a 4 star rating by Golf Digest.
The timberframe clubhouse was finished in 2006 and features a stocked pro shop, the Sand Wedge Grill serving a full menu- open at 11am, and an outdoor wrap around deck overlooking holes #1 and #10. Practice facilities include a driving range and a putting/chipping green for golfers to warm up every part of the game minus sand play. Banquet facilities can accommodate up to 350 guests in the Banquet room, 160 in the dining room and 50 in the loft. Directions:
Located between Cleveland and Columbus, near Bellville. Take US 71 to exit 165 and turn east on Route 97. Travel about 1/4 mile and turn left on Comfort Plaza Drive (at the Comfort Inn).
